The Marlborough, located near Richmond, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our bustling gastro pub kitchen. You will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver quality fresh dishes in a friendly, welcoming environment with strong service standards.

We look for an existing CDP or capable Commis Chef, with a genuine passion for seasonal menus, creativity, and solid communication. Enjoy development programmes, apprenticeships, masterclasses, and a generous staff package.

Qualifications

• Existing Chef de Partie or capable Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Willingness to learn and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to design and deliver new dishes with Head Chef and contribute to menus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in delivering high-quality seasonal dishes.
• Maintain hygiene, portion control and GP targets.
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
• Lead by example as a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor and mentor juniors.
