Job summary

Mulberry Bush in London is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a busy kitchen near Waterloo. The role offers a path through a CDP development programme with internal progression, access to an apprenticeship scheme, and culinary masterclasses to sharpen skills.

You will work as an active hands-on Kitchen Supervisor, delivering quality dishes while collaborating with Head Chef and front-of-house teams, and helping to design daily specials.

Responsibilities

• Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
