The New Inn in leafy Ealing is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy pub kitchen. You’ll work under the Head Chef to deliver fresh seasonal dishes and uphold high standards with a friendly, welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef seeking next step.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on cooking and supervision in a busy kitchen.
• Assist Head Chef with menu design and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and GP/labour awareness.
• Collaborate with front of house to deliver excellent guest experiences.
