Job summary

Griffin Inn in East Sussex is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join a lively pub kitchen. You will work under the Head Chef to prepare fresh, seasonal dishes in a friendly, supportive team, with opportunities to grow and develop through internal programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality food service, passion for fresh ingredients, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes to guests.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor in daily operations.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and front-of-house teams.
• Assist in designing and delivering new dishes and daily specials.
• Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and FOH engagement.
