Job summary

The Bell Inn, part of the Young's Pubs family, is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join the team in a full-time role. You will work under the Head Chef to craft fresh dishes and manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a welcoming, traditional pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and HACCP.
• Proven ability to prepare fresh dishes to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor in a busy kitchen.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver daily specials.
• Maintain GP and labour controls with strong planning and organisation.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
• Support development and training through the CDP/Sous Chef programme.
