Job summary

Young’s Pubs’ The Mill in Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, characterful kitchen by the River Cam. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and help design new dishes and daily specials while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Creativity to help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour controls.
• Proactive in driving sales and growth through kitchen and front of house collaboration.
