Fuller's Apprenticeship offers a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship designed for those at Commis level who want to advance their skills and responsibilities. You will study one day a week at college and work four days in our restaurants while being mentored by Head Chefs.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience
• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ)
• Passion for cooking and quality

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of food preparation across multiple kitchens
• Work in South of England venues, supported by Head Chefs
• Study 1 day per week at college while earning a wage
• Four days a week practical work with mentorship and training
