Fuller’s is offering a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship ideal for those already at Commis Chef level who want to advance their skills and responsibilities to the next level. You’ll study 1 day per week at one of our college partners and receive world‑class training while being paid.

When you’re not at college you will work 4 days a week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels under Head Chefs. You’ll gain hands-on experience with fresh, seasonal produce in supportive kitchens across the South

Qualifications

• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ).
• 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Study one day per week at a college partner.
• Work four days a week in a Fuller’s restaurant or hotel under Head Chef mentorship.
• Develop skills and responsibilities to Chef de Partie level.
