Fuller’s Apprenticeship offers an ambitious Chef de Partie Apprenticeship across busy South of England kitchens. You’ll study 1 day per week at college and work 4 days a week in our restaurants or hotels while being mentored by Head Chefs.

You’ll gain hands-on training in all aspects of food preparation, earning while you learn and developing a passion for fresh, seasonal produce. This programme is designed to advance you toward leadership roles within Fuller’s family.

Qualifications

• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ).
• 2 years relevant experience.
