Chef De Partie

Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum

Location: RHS Garden Wisley

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, site based, 5 over 7 days per week

As a Chef De Partie, at RHS Garden Wisley, you will manage a designated section efficiently, ensuring preparation, cooking, and service are completed to a high standard. Responsible for mise en place, FSMS completion, quality control, teamwork, and supporting junior chefs.   • Follow recipe specifications and portion guidelines.
  • Minimise waste, support correct stock rotation.
  • Complete FSMS documentation for the section.
  • Maintain cleanliness and allergen controls.
  • Ensure a safe and organised workstation.
  • Use equipment safely and hygienically.
  • Support training and supervision of Commis Chefs.
  • Communicate effectively during service.
The Ideal Candidate :
  • 1+ years’ experience as a CDP or 2+ years’ Demi-CDP experience.
  • Good cooking skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of FSMS and allergens.
  • Experience in high-volume operations.
