Job summary
Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel in Brentwood. You will work in an AA Rosette kitchen, preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner alongside a skilled brigade, with live-in accommodation available.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will mentor junior staff, handle high standards of service, and contribute to celebrations and events. A strong, steady career history is preferred.
Qualifications
- Already a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef aiming higher.
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
- Experience in AA Rosette level kitchen.
- Good attention to detail.

Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this award winning Hotel based in the Brentwood area for a Chef de Partie. As part of a talented brigade you will serve fresh locally sourced meals for the hotel restaurant & bar. The Hotel also prepares meals for celebrations, wedding and parties. The role comes with live in accommodation.
