Goldenkeys in a charming Cotswolds village seeks a passionate Chef De Partie to join a vibrant 1 Rosette kitchen. You will craft exceptional dishes with seasonal ingredients and collaborate across service periods to uphold the highest standards.

This role offers £32,674 per annum plus £4,500 service charge, live-in accommodation (£250 per month), 40-hour weeks with paid overtime, and strong career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in creating diverse dishes that meet high standards of quality, presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with kitchen brigade across service periods including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
• Liaise with Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements and refine dishes and service.
• Maintain consistency in dish quality while upholding high brigade standards.
• Support junior team members and uphold kitchen hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Assisting the Head Chef in creating a diverse range of dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen brigade across all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
• Liaising with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements and help refine dishes and service.
• Ensuring consistency in dish quality while setting and maintaining high standards for the brigade.
• Supporting junior team members, fostering positive teamwork, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
