Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy production kitchen in the Bicester area. You will support the Head Chef and junior chefs, preparing fresh meals for bespoke clients on a seven-day operation with 5 days on a rota.

We offer straight shift patterns including 1500-midnight and other fixed shifts, with focus on fresh, local ingredients and a mature, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Must be a Chef de Partie.
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
Experience in a fresh food kitchen.
Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs.
Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
Preparing meals for bespoke clients.
Mature focus and outlook.

Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Chef to work in their high end production kitchen. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis. Various straight shift patterns are available. They can offer fixed shifts working at #removed#, #removed# or 1500-midnight
