Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is advertising a Chef de Partie for a busy restaurant in Welwyn Garden City. You will support the Head Chef in delivering AA Rosette standard meals for lunch and dinner, working as part of a dedicated brigade.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist and supervise junior chefs, with a focus on high-quality, local ingredients, and ensuring consistency across service. The role offers a clear path for skilled chefs in a busy, reputable kitchen.

Qualifications

Must currently be working as Chef de Partie.
Experience in AA Rosette kitchen preferred.
Able to work unsupervised.
Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Our clients are recruitng a Chef de partie to work in their busy restaurant in the Welwyn area.

As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard for lunch and dinner service.
