Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy luxury hotel in Lincoln. You will work on all kitchen sections except pastry, supporting Head and Sous Chefs in service and managing your own section.

Ideal candidates will have Rosette-standard experience in a busy fine-dining operation, NVQ Level or equivalent, and be a strong communicator capable of supervising junior chefs. 4 days on, 3 days off with competitive benefits.

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy luxury hotel in Lincoln. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in a busy fresh food operation.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Head & Sous Chef in the running of service and will prepare meals for the restaurant, bar and functions. You will work 4 days a week with 3 days off.
