A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join us at Kimpton Clocktower on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £15.05 per hour, which is equal to £30,388.80 salary plus service charge.

Responsibilities

  • As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • You will also train and supervise junior chefs, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to menu planning.

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant
  • Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen
  • To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
