Job summary

Young's is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our pub family. We offer competitive hourly rates, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment where you’ll be treated like family.

You will contribute to creating quality fresh dishes, work closely with the Head Chef, and help deliver new menus and daily specials in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, with a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• As the successful Chef de Partie you will work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

We

• Demonstrate great planning and organisational
  skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and
  labour


• Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and
  delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house
  teams
