The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will:

• Be fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
• Build excellent relationships with kitchen and Front of House team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Deliver the spirit of Italy to our guests while creating some Instagramable moments

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant and a passion for cooking Italian cuisine
