Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence and innovation.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others while working as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The Right to Work in the UK.

  • Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Lead and guide junior team members, providing training and support.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.

Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 17 Michelin stars across his nineteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, reaching up to 25th for Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while the chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

  • A positive attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
