Excellent management and communication with your team and front of house is essential.

We are looking for a chef that that wants to cook great ingredients perfectly every time, we want our main menu to change with the seasons, and specials that show imagination, flair, and personality.

As a Chef we expect you to step into the Head Chef’s clogs when they are off. Therefore, you will have a good understanding of how dishes are costed and have input to menu development, and daily specials.

You will be part of the management team and will have a seat around the table at weekly management meetings, as well as regular training & inspirational days with our Area Chefs.
