Our Chefs are tasked with ensuring consistency and quality in our kitchens, and they help to create memorable moments for our guests that enrich their overall experience.
We are a supportive and hands‑on team - We expect team members (of all levels!!) to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and assist their colleagues whenever the need arises.
As a Line Chef at L'ETO, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will support the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in the execution of fresh, creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within L'ETO.
