Responsibilities
  • Carry out RICS-compliant valuations of residential properties for purposes such as secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews.
  • Produce detailed market analysis and high-quality valuation reports.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Support junior surveyors through mentoring and APC guidance.
  • Participate in business development and networking initiatives.
  • Keep current on local market trends, legislation, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • MRICS or FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Strong track record in residential property valuation.
  • In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and relevant regulations.
  • Effective communicator with strong written reporting abilities.
  • Skilled in valuation software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
