A leading multinational company based in Warrington is offering a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship. This 42-month fixed-term contract allows apprentices to gain hands-on experience in leading teams and managing operations while pursuing academic studies. What You’ll Do

As a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice you will take on a supervisory role from day one, gaining hands‑on experience leading teams, managing operations and making decisions that drive results. You’ll combine academic learning with practical management experience to apply what you study directly in the workplace.

You’ll develop leadership, communication, strategic planning and business improvement skills, becoming a confident manager ready to make a positive impact.

During Your Apprenticeship You’ll Learn To:

A Day in the Life
  • Manage and support a team to deliver daily performance goals

About the Team

You'll work in one of Amazon’s operational sites – the heart of Amazon's customer experience – leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Operations include fulfilment centres, delivery stations and corporate support teams. You’ll have opportunities to learn, lead and deliver results, collaborating with leaders across Amazon’s network to share ideas and best practices.

Successful apprentices may progress into management roles across Amazon’s operations network or other business functions, continuing to grow their leadership and business expertise within Amazon.

Eligibility

To qualify you must:

  • Be a UK national, a non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK or an EEA country for 3+ years prior to commencement (September 2026)
  • Have the right to live and work in England for the entire programme duration until March 2030
  • Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme
  • Not be registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
  • Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026)
  • Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English
  • Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (beneficial but not essential)

**Please note**: This position is a 42‑month fixed‑term contract. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
