Join the GN Hearing team for a one-year parental leave cover, where you’ll be instrumental in enhancing the growth of our Retail channel throughout Northern Europe.

What you'll be doing

This is a unique chance to step into a highly cross‑functional, visible role, shaping the commercial success of the Retail channel. You’ll collaborate with motivated colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Central teams—helping us bring life‑changing hearing technology to customers across Europe. As Marketing Manager for the Retail channel, you’ll translate our global brand and marketing strategy into concrete commercial actions in local markets. You will:

Carry out the Commercial Retail Plan
  • Build a deep understanding of the Retail channel and its growth opportunities.
  • Support launch planning, campaign execution, and channel marketing activities across offline and online touchpoints.
  • Engage key stakeholders, including retailers, clinical audiologists, influencers, and decision‑makers.
  • Work closely with the Retail/Key Accounts team to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Be the channel owner—ensuring consistent brand positioning and delivering high‑quality execution.
Bring Plans to Life
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and sell‑through.
  • Execute both strategic and operational tasks: events, content, communication, materials, and channel activation.
  • Support priority partner plans and ensure GN products are the preferred choice.
Deliver Measurable Impact
  • Collect and analyse customer, competitor, and market insights to guide decision‑making.
  • Report market performance and trends to central teams for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage the Retail channel’s marketing budget responsibly and efficiently.
  • Integrate digital and experiential initiatives to support evolving customer needs.
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:
  • 3+ years in marketing or commercial roles across BTB and BTBTC
  • Ability to turn marketing strategy into clear, commercial actions.
  • Demonstrated experience with launch planning, lead generation, and cross‑market execution.
  • Ability to create compelling, benefit‑driven customer messaging.
  • An understanding of sales processes (solution selling, or other sales methodologies)
  • Solid project management skills and fluent in navigating change.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Problem‑solving oriented and resourceful, capable of working individually or alongside a team, whether in‑person or online
  • Skilled written and verbal communication abilities.

You’re customer‑centric with a solid understanding of the sales process, and you thrive by working effectively with colleagues to build positive relationships. You express ideas clearly in both written and spoken forms, while maintaining a problem‑solving approach and a capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
