Salary: Grade 6 £42,254 - £50,253 per annum
Full time: 35 hours per week
Fixed term: 12 months
This role may be eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. We're looking for an experienced professional to lead and deliver bespoke change management strategies across key organisational projects. In this role, you'll work closely with executive leaders, senior managers, and project teams to ensure successful adoption of change, mitigate risks, and maximise benefits realisation. You'll provide expert guidance, coaching, and structured approaches to embed change, build a strong change culture, and support the University's People Priority of fostering a culture of change. From planning through to sustainment, you'll play a pivotal role in driving consistency, influencing behaviours, and ensuring long-term success.
