📍 Location: 2 Days on site Suffolk / 3 days hybrid

We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support and advise on the processes and procedures required to implement and sustain effective change control. This role will work alongside Project Controls Managers, Change Engineers and delivery teams to ensure changes are identified, assessed, approved and implemented in accordance with governance requirements. The role reports to the Baseline & Change Lead and contributes to the preparation and facilitation of ICC meetings and associated documentation.

The post-holder will operate within the Programme Management Office (PMO) to deliver a consistent, auditable and efficient change process that supports safe delivery to agreed cost, time and quality parameters.
