Job Title: Change Lead - Business Systems
Location: Oxfordshire
Job Type: Permanent
Annual: 37,020 - 43,227 + excellent benefits
Hybrid Working: 2/3 days per week on-site

Our client is searching for a dynamic Change Lead to join the Oracle System Support and Development (OSSD) team, managing improvements across Business & People System Support (BPSS). If you have a passion for continuous improvement and a flair for collaboration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

As the Change Lead for Oracle and other core business systems, you'll play a key role in supporting system improvements and driving change across HR and business processes. Your mission? To ensure systems are efficient, user-friendly and continuously updated. You'll be instrumental in implementing change, enhancing processes, and building strong relationships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the Forward Schedule of Change and planning for effective implementation of change requests.
  • Oversee the change process, ensuring compliance with security practices and standards.
  • Contribute to the management of system policies and procedures by way of review, analysis and recommendation
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate monthly management meetings and provide administrative support to the Finance and Business Systems teams.
  • Maintain the BPSS Risk Record and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Experience of supporting a technical systems
  • Collaborate with the business to identify challenges and implement system upgrades.
  • Communicate effectively about upcoming changes and enhancements.
