Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management or project delivery, ideally within a large organisation.

• Proficiency in using digital systems for project tracking and reporting, such as GMS or PftW.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and informing at various levels.
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands region is essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with visa sponsorship available for international applicants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver local and nationally identified change initiatives across the Midlands region.
• Work with Area Change Managers or National Heads of Change Delivery to implement reforms.
• Be the lead point of contact for specific locations or geographical areas.
• Utilise digital systems (GMS and PftW) to tier, record, and track change activities.
• Analyse progress against defined metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
