Job summary

Addition is recruiting for a Junior Project Manager/ Project Coordinator/ Change Coordinator to support a major organisational change programme across a large public sector organisation. The role is Bristol or York, with three days onsite, and part of an Inside IR35 contract through to the Financial Year End.

The job focuses on delivering the new organisational structure, engaging local teams, managing risks, and coordinating effort with HQ and other regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change, transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across levels of an organisation.
• Experience supporting teams through structural or operational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead local delivery of the new organisational structure, turning implementation plans into practical action.
• Act as a trusted change partner for local teams, helping managers and employees navigate the transition.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including line managers and senior leaders.
• Support staff engagement and communications, helping people understand what the changes mean for them.
• Identify and manage local risks, issues and dependencies, escalating significant concerns through governance channels.
• Review processes and identify opportunities to remove duplication and improve efficiency.
• Help teams establish effective processes and ways of working within the new structure.
• Coordinate activity across local teams and collaborate with HQ and other regions.
• Produce clear implementation and progress reports for management teams.
