Job summary

Ministry of Justice in the Midlands region is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery, steer high-performing teams and translate national priorities into local plans. This office-based role requires driving productivity and quality across Northampton and Leicester Crime Jurisdiction.

You will work with Deputy Heads of Operations to shape performance, attendance, and recognition while modelling inclusive leadership.
