Qualifications

• Experience leading a centre or educational team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to balance operations with educational leadership.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, partnerships, and events.
• Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Managing day-to-day operations for a smoothly run centre.
