Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of a client. You will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager, with a clear progression path toward the General Manager in Waiting programme.

You will lead a busy centre, coach the team, and ensure safe, high-quality customer experiences while striving to hit financial targets. The role includes shifts that cover nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
• Passion for people including experience of coaching and developing your team.
• Ambition for success and willingness to work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Hands-on across all areas of the busy centre (front and back of house).
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and running the operation front of house, delivering financial targets and service standards.
