Flow Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client in Oxford to lead the centre and champion customer and team experience. You’ll take accountability for the centre in the General Manager’s absence and drive performance across front and back of house.

The position offers a clear path to the General Manager in Waiting programme within twelve to eighteen months, with ongoing training, an autonomous role, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Passion for people with coaching and developing your team.
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Ambition for success and progression opportunities.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver service standards.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties.
• Run an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards.
