Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy leisure centre. You will coach the team, maintain exceptional customer service, and ensure safety and great guest experiences.

In this hands-on role you will support the General Manager, drive service standards, manage shifts, and contribute to financial targets while shaping a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver top service.
• Ensure centre meets high standards of safety and customer experience.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
• Deliver financial targets and ensure service standards are met.
