Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to lead the centre's customer and team experience. You will coach and mentor the on-shift team, ensure safe, fun environment, and drive high standards.

Qualifications

• 12 months of management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven passion for customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
