Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for our client to lead centre operations and champion exceptional customer experience. You will be at the heart of the team, coaching staff, and stepping in for the General Manager when required.

The role offers a clear path into the General Manager in Waiting programme, with hands-on leadership across front and back-of-house duties and a strong focus on delivering targets and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role within leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Passion for people development and coaching.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Coach and mentor the team on shift and ensure a safe, fun environment for customers.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards across the centre.
