Flow Sports Personnel Ltd seeks a Deputy Manager to take accountability for the centre in the General Manager’s absence and drive a high-quality customer and team experience. You will be at the heart of daily operations, coaching staff and ensuring targets are met.

You will progress through the company’s General Manager in Waiting programme, with clear development toward a GM role within 12–18 months, in a financially stable business with exciting growth plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum eighteen months in a customer-facing management role.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets.
• Passion for people with coaching and development experience.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the centre team on shift.
• Ensure a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties.
• Run exceptional front-of-house operations.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards.
