Job summary

Flow Recruitment is helping a client in Yeovil fill a Deputy Manager role in a fast-paced leisure/hospitality setting. You will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager, coach the team and ensure a safe, fun customer experience while driving financial targets.

The successful candidate will have 18+ months in a customer-facing management role, a passion for service, and a drive to progress onto the General Manager in Waiting programme within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
• Passion for people, coaching and developing your team.
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Ambition for success.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver great service.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
• Deliver financial targets and maintain service standards.
