Qualificações

• 12 months of management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to maintain high service levels.
• Ensure the centre is safe and fun for customers and run hands-on operations across all areas.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and run exceptional front-of-house operations.
