Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for a busy centre in Yeovil. You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, taking accountability in the General Manager's absence and coaching the team across shifts.

This role offers a clear path to the General Manager in Waiting programme within 12-18 months, a comprehensive benefits package, flexible working, and opportunities to contribute to financial performance and service standards.

Formación

• At least 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
• Passion for people, with experience coaching and developing your team.
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Ambition for success.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the team on shift and ensure a safe, fun environment for customers.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre and support the General Manager with back-of-house duties.
• Deliver a high-quality operation front of house and support financial targets and service standards.
