A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an Employability / Work Coach to develop personalized learning plans and support individuals in achieving long-term employment goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or employability and be able to engage with individuals facing complex barriers. The role includes regular learner progress reviews and ensuring effective training whilst managing various administrative tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to £28,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is mandatory.
• Should engage with individuals with complex needs.
• Must have experience working towards KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify learner needs and create personalised learning plans.
• Review learner progress to ensure effective training.
• Collect learner feedback to improve curriculum content.
• Manage workbook distribution and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain learner records accurately.
• Complete all administrative tasks required.

Skills

Experience in Recruitment / IAG / Employability

Ability to engage with individuals with complex needs

Experience working towards KPIs

Education

GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade C or equivalent Level 2 qualification
