Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a customer-focused individual for an automotive retail centre role. You will deliver high-quality customer service, manage workloads, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a clean centre and upholding company standards.

You should be an excellent communicator with experience in busy automotive retail. This full-time, on-site role offers training, benefits, and opportunities for progression within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive best service and care; keep complaints minimal.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop.
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle.
• Support other Centres when requested.
• Adhere to company policies including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Comply with management instructions.
• Uniform provided and required to be clean and presentable.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.

Job description

Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday & Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm with a day off in the week. Sunday working with a supplementary payment

Salary: Dependent on experience

Holiday:

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
• To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
