Job summary

Webrecruit is recruiting for a Centre Manager in Warrington to lead a busy automotive retail centre. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top customer service, meet sales KPIs and drive performance across the team.

The role requires a flexible, proactive manager with strong communication skills and the ability to recruit, train and motivate staff. This is an on-site position based in Warrington with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload.
They will be an excellent communicator with proven experience in a busy retail automotive environment.
Experience in recruitment or team supervision is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive excellent customer service and that complaints are minimised.
Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain cleanliness of the centre and its equipment.
Increase sales of products and services offered by the company.
Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
Identify training needs for employees to progress within the company.
Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle.
Support other Centres when needed.
Adhere to company policies including health and safety, compliance and stock control.
Follow reasonable management instructions.
Centre uniform must be clean and presentable.
Liaise with Head Office and other departments.

Hours

The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum

To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
