Job summary

Webrecruit in Portsmouth is looking for a flexible, customer-focused candidate to join our automotive centre team. You will manage your own workload, handle high-volume retail tasks and deliver excellent service while working to sales targets.

The role involves recruiting and interviewing staff, maintaining Centre standards, liaising with Head Office, and supporting other centres when needed. A strong communicator with experience in a busy retail automotive setting is essential.

Responsibilities

Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
Liaise with Head Office and other Departments

Hours

The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview
