The role focuses on maintaining high standards in training and assessment, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. To ensure IWFM Academy products and services are delivered to meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. You will work with stakeholders to monitor learner data, enhance the learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to improve quality. The role requires a quality-driven and commercial individual responsible for training and assessment standards and compliance.
