Job Purpose: To ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. You will work with stakeholders to monitor learner data, improve the learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to enhance quality. The role requires a quality-driven and commercial person accountable for training and assessment standards across IWFM Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and embed quality standards across IWFM Academy products and services
  • Implement quality management plans to ensure efficient delivery meeting industry standards
  • Manage external relationships with Awarding Organisations
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and visits
  • Manage internal relationships with Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs
  • Drive standardisation and CPD
  • Update policies and procedures in line with regulations
  • Approve Trainers, Tutors, and Assessors
  • Create and implement quality assurance processes for training delivery
  • Coordinate transition of new products and business as usual activities
  • Lead the Tailored Course Approval service
  • Develop reports to monitor learner progress
  • Initiate improvements to increase learner completion rates
  • Maintain CPD to incorporate latest developments
  • Align work with IWFM values and behaviours

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of training standards and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Understanding of Awarding organisation processes
  • Knowledge of assessment standards
