Job Purpose

To ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. The role involves working with stakeholders to monitor learner data, improve learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to enhance quality. The candidate should be quality-driven, commercially minded, and knowledgeable about delivery and assessment standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and embed quality standards across IWFM Academy products
  • Implement quality management plans to meet industry and regulatory standards
  • Manage relationships with Awarding Organisations
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and visits
  • Manage relationships with Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs
  • Drive standardisation and CPD
  • Update policies and procedures in line with regulations
  • Approve Trainers, Tutors, and Assessors
  • Create quality assurance processes for training delivery
  • Coordinate new product transitions and business as usual activities
  • Lead Tailored Course Approval services
  • Develop reports to monitor learner progress
  • Implement initiatives to improve learner completion rates
  • Maintain CPD to stay current with learning and regulatory developments
  • Align with IWFM values and behaviors
Technical Skills
