Job Purpose
Ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learner experience and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to enhance quality. Maintain knowledge of delivery and assessment standards to ensure industry-leading practice.
