Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a Central Vehicle Administrator based at our Peterborough head office. You will support the Central Used Car team by coordinating stock movements, processing transfers, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time.

You will work closely with colleagues across dealerships and central functions, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administrator with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities following established processes.
• Confident communicator building relationships across the business.
• Excellent IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Keyloop Rev8 or Drive is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records in line with purchases, sales and movements.
• Coordinate stock transfers with Central Used Car team and dealerships across the Group.
• Process vehicle transfers, ensuring movements are authorised and recorded.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle logistics, communicating movement information to stakeholders.
• Support smooth flow of stock between locations to maximise availability.
