Job summary

The successful candidate will have motor trade exposure, experience with Kerridge, and strong communication skills to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.

Job description

Vehicle Administrator needed by Havant / Portsmouth based Car Dealership.

We are currently working with a motor garage in the Havant / Portsmouth area of Hampshire who is looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Administrator to join their growing team.

The role is to work in the Aftersales department to support the front-line team.

Service Administrator Role

• Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
• Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customers appointments
• Updating vehicle and customer records
• Supporting front-line staff with administration duties
• General administrative duties / filing as required

About you

• Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, within the motor trade and preferably with Kerridge computer system knowledge.
• You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best. The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.
